Give Tickets Permissions to Conncord

Go to Tickets Pipeline in your Conncord dashboard and click on the "Add Permissions" button.

This gives Conncord permissions to create and update tickets in your HubSpot account.

Create a new Pipeline Mapping

Click on the "Create New Mapping" button.

Here, select which Discord forum channel you want to map to which HubSpot Ticket pipeline.

Map HubSpot Pipeline stages to Discord forum tags

You can map your HubSpot pipeline stages to Discord forum tags. This allows you to easily update your tickets' pipeline stages from your Discord forums by simply tagging them with the appropriate tag.

For example, if you have a pipeline stage called "Waiting on Customer" and you want to map it to the "Waiting on Customer" tag, you can do so.

Welcome Message

This is the message that is sent to the thread when a ticket is created by a user who is not yet synced with HubSpot.

Thanks for Registering Message

This is the message that is sent to the thread when a user registers following the instructions in the Welcome Message.
